鎮江素肉 en Bergamot Veggie — Reseña de moosewong (14 sept 2021)

This is mock meat and potatoes cooked in a sweet and slightly sour sauce, served over blanched broccoli. My friends and I actually didn't realize there were two types of ingredients on top because we all only got one or the other until I ate the last piece of potato and made a comment, and two of them said "wait, there are things other than potato?"😂 Anyway, this was really nice! The sauce is not too heavy especially with the broccoli and it was served hot off the stove, so tasted fresh and warm.
