Vegetarian Gyoza en Kyoto Joe — Reseña de moosewong (14 sept 2021)

These gyoza were great. The skin was thin and quite chewy, almost like noodles. The filling was simple, mostly made with actual vegetables and mushrooms instead of mock meat, but flavorful. The dumplings were freshly fried and piping hot.
