This Matriciana pasta is a must try at Little Italy. You have to be make sure you tell them you want the vegan version though. The waiter didn't know too much about vegan options, so I had to get it clarified from the chef directly. Make sure you mention the milk products separately- milk, cream, mayo, cheese, butter etc so that they ensure they serve you the vegan version.
