An energizing mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, almonds, raisins, and cashew pieces. Salty, crunchy, chewy, and a little bit sweet (thanks to the raisins). Lately I've been keeping a small baggy in my lunch box to help stave off any random hunger bouts I might have between meals or when I don't pack enough.
