Truly amazing! Lovely flavors that really compliment each other.

Cauliflower Purée-Vegan Mozzarella-Roasted Florets-Poblanos-Green Olives-Parsley.

The cauliflower purée was so unbelievably smooth and light that it was like eating harvested clouds!

Falora uses “additive free-lower gluten” flour which has been milled in Naples since 1924. The dough is slow-fermented and baked in a wood fired brick oven.
