Shroomami en sweetgreen — Reseña de Emma L (8 sept 2021)

I loooved this salad. There was slightly too much dressing on mine, which made it too salty, so I recommend medium-dressed. (It will be salty anyway because of the high sodium content in Sweetgreen’s salads though.) It has firm sesame tofu, tender portabello mushrooms, crispy beets, and a delicious gingery miso dressing. No modifications necessary in my opinion!
