This is tasty, weirdly it smelled meatier before I cooked it, so I was a little disappointed but it holds up very well.
It crisps up fantastically in the frying pan but be warned it will lose that and start going floppy and soggy if you use a sauce like curry or bolognese.
Next time I will probably just drop some spices in the pan while it’s cooking and then have it with chips as an easy meal. I think it would work well for that.
