Finding out that Fat Cactus has vegan cheesy nachos was the highlight of my day! The cheese is made in-house, they don’t charge you extra for the vegan option, and it tastes so so good. It’s not a stringy cheese like dairy cheese, but that didn’t bother me at all. I would go back and have this as often as possible!
PS- the strawberry margarita is vegan too 😉 🍹
