Delicious pizza with peppers, seitan-based vegan "salami" and coconut oil-based vegan "cheese". Only available online at www.vegan-pizza-box.de, shipped chilled, not frozen (but of course you can freeze it, which increases the rather short best before date (which is usually about 10 days) to 3 months. The "salami" has a great texture and is very aromatic and well seasoned and the crust becomes pleasantly crispy in the oven. Price 5,99 €.
