I was looking for a pancake mix that didn’t have eggs (cuz my mom doesn’t like to eat or cook eggs) and found this - turns out it’s vegan too!!
I love most Singlong products and this is no exception. Just need to add water (not even milk or buttermilk) and the pancakes turn out pretty delicious.
Had them for supper with some butter & maple syrup to satisfy my pancake craving 😋
