Make sure you specify avacado instead of egg to make this vegan.

This is a delightful dish that I haven't had since the skillet I usually got at Bedrock Bistro. First time I've ever seen this some place.

The taste was great, but honestly I wish it was more "greasy" and the hashbrown/potatoes were smaller and in the hash style. Avacado was perfect ripeness, and all the odds and ends in the scramble were tasty. I might add just egg scramble to this next time.

This diner is the best (vegan) breakfast in the city. Seating is limited though, so manage your expectations... Go to Coven, just down the streets, if you planned to go here but there were no tables when you arrived!
