This dish contained a variety of ingredients, giving a good mix of nutrition from the shrooms, gingko nuts, pumpkin, broccoli, to various grains of brown and red rice and quinoa. The portobello was juicy but perhaps can be more marinated.
Dressed with not excessive amount of miso ginger dressing, the overall taste lean on the milder side, and the grains could be a bit dry for some. Priced at $16, this dish left me happily full.
