

So, I love this bowl. And it’s one of the only options that can be made vegan at Brown’s. You need to ask for it to be made vegan when ordering; this means no cheese and sushi rice. (The staff are actually aware of this now, which is nice as they weren’t a couple of years ago). I add two servings of blackened tofu, and I get my bowl with a side of Frank’s hot sauce to pour over it. It’s similar to a burrito bowl, with a mexi flavour.
