This is a vegan as-is appetizer from Three Bridges inside Disney’s Coronado springs resort. This was absolutely delicious and so filling that I regretted ordering a meal because I could have just eaten this! It has vegan cheese on top as well and is overall one of my favorite dishes on Disney property
