Larabar has engineered a way to get its bar of mostly dates to taste exactly like carrot cake. Theres pineapple in this somehow. It always nails it with every flavor. Magical.
When I was a little girl I'd always order carrot cake if it was on the menu and my parents let me have dessert. Havent had it in a long long time. Took me back, hopped in a time machine with this guy.
