Twice-Cooked Brussel Sprouts en VEDA — Reseña de moosewong (16 ago 2021)

Sorry for the terrible photo lol this is from ages ago but I found it when reorganizing some old photos. I think this was actually one of my first times having Brussel sprouts - they're rarely used in dishes in HK - and I quite enjoyed it. These were soft and mild in flavor but well cooked.
