First time trying this salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh mint, onions, parsley and toasted whole wheat pita lightly dressed with lemon garlic sumac and olive oil. It was awesome!

I eat this so often at shawarma places...that my bank account wasn't too happy. $10+ for a salad...but love the convinience. I bought sumac and pomegranate molasses but haven't checked ingredient list of the molasses. Cant be 100% sure if the brand is vegan. But you can check on internet for vegan fatoush dressing and make this salad at home.
