Review of Vnagi With Teriyaki Sauce at Saute Sushi by shawneofthedead

I LOVE me a good sushi roll, and the two we tried tonight were both excellent. The soy vnagi doesn't really come close to replicating real unagi, but each slice of this roll is nonetheless a delight to munch on. The vnagi is seaweed beancurd, I think, and the vegan mayo is super legit. Lovely.
