Review of Spicy Mayo Zalmon at Saute Sushi by shawneofthedead

I've had vegan sushi before, which always looked quite fascinating. Herbivore, for instance, offers a slab of konnyaku in place of salmon sashimi.

Saute's version is beautifully, thinly sliced and the texture comes awfully close to mimicking real raw salmon! It looks gorgeous, and the spicy mayo on top adds a lovely kick.
