It’s fine – but attention: you need to specifically order it vegan. Even if the dish is called „vegan knipp“ on the menu, it usually comes with a white sauce. I got a curry sauce instead.
The taste of the meaty stuff is good, I just don’t think it’s very rich in variety especially for that price. But since it’s a typical dish of Bremen, it’s nice that there even is an offer like this.
