This consisted of 🐥-free fried oyster mushrooms that were crispy outside and meaty on the inside, Nashville glaze, angel hair purple cabbage slaw, spicy mayo, and kosher pickles on a brioche bun. It had a very enjoyable mix of flavors and textures. It came with hearty and savory house-seasoned fries made from hand-cut twice-fried russet potatoes, served with a rich and tangy house ranch dressing. This was made by Plant Based Papi.
