“Steak” Frites en Willow Vegan Bistro — Reseña de cayo (29 jul 2021)

The crust of the “steak” is very meaty, the seitan is very well cooked. The flavor and texture beside the crust is not meaty at all, more like a huge mushroom. Very very good.
