Now this was a filling brunch!! This dish consisted of battered silken tofu on top of sourdough bread, with vegan hollandaise on top and crispy kale on the side. Was it particularly eggy? No, not really, but it was very tasty and I don't think that detracted from it. I could have done with a bit more sauce but other than that, really lovely.
