This micellar cleansing tonic is amazing! I initially used it on my no makeup face and was surprised of all the dirt that was on the pad, but then I used it on some eye makeup and was surprised how effortlessly it all came off! You don't have to rinse your face after using it either. This stuff doesn't burn your eyes and you can return empty products back to Pacifica!
