Strawberry-Liquorice ice cream en Rolling Ice — Reseña de Nandita (22 jul 2021)

Creative form of nice cream - it’s basically like an ice cream pancake that’s rolled up. Not sure how they do it but it’s pretty cool! I’ve tried it once before at the Vege fair in Helsinki and I didn’t like it. But this time the flavour was excellent! Strawberry and black liquorice go so well together.
The restaurant is a food truck outside Redi shopping centre. All vegan! (They make ice cream base from oats, cashew and cane sugar)
