Vegan margarita en Bardelli's Restaurant — Reseña de chantellekylie (18 jul 2021)

I am a demanding customer and regularly make absurd requests of the restaurants I frequent.

Some of them politely ask me to leave, others add human saliva to my selections but some rise above and abandon their pride and self-respect in order to please me.

Bardelli’s is one of the latter establishments.

Time and time again they bend over backwards to scratch my vegan back and this latest pizza extravaganza was no exception.

As I listed off the myriad ingredients I wanted added to and removed from my pizza, the sheepish order-taker barely gave away a hint of annoyance. He stood dutifully by, furiously scribbling down my requests.

The only sign of consternation came in the form of a single bead of sweat dripping from his brow… or maybe it was a tear from his eye.

Either way my pizza arrived perfectly as instructed and satiated my desires to the greatest possible degree.

My next order will be even more convoluted and exotic and I have no doubt that my favourite pizza parlour will deliver.
