A refreshing salad that contain silken tofu, wakame, corn, greens, dehydrated cherry tomato and candied almonds flakes (which are so so delicious). I love nuts so maybe I'm biased. This salad is good though the dressing might not have been mixed thoroughly as some parts are saltier then the rest.
