I love this brand! High quality and it’s vegan!!!!!! I have been taking the liquid vitamins for a while and I take this when I feel I need a little extra boost. Zinc with vitamins C and D and botanicals to boost the immune system. 3 for a serving and they are tasty I want to eat more.
