Review of Mango Vnagi with Bursters at Saute Sushi by soy-orbison

The mango added a strange but lovely sweetness to the sushi. Not sure what the orange ball was supposed to replicate. But it’d pop in your mouth with an explosion of sweet syrup. Pretty interesting.
