Black bean and cheese quesadilla en Wahaca Brighton — Reseña de 🪴🥑🪲 (3 jul 2021)

I am not too keen on the texture of the vegan cheese (it’s just too creamy or something?) but I bought this #quesadilla for my #takeaway as I love the strong taste of the black beans. I always buy #wahaca with a side of sweet potatoes (they don’t look that nice in the photo, but I could literally eat them every day, they are so tasty!) They do put a lot of cheese in the quesadilla which is good for the cost but if you aren’t a huge fan of most vegan cheese (like me), they have a couple of other vegan options too. #mexicanfood #veganbrighton
