I feel like this was an answer to my prayers! Pre-veganism I would eat goat cheese by the bucket-full so I've missed it terribly. Reaching out towards it while passing the cheese section. But THIS actually TASTES like it! And a great texture. If they make a cranberry version of this it's all I want for Christmas.
