Lemon Barley Risotto en The Thimble Inn — Reseña de hollya113 (23 jun 2021)

This dish was pretty surprising with huge amounts of kale and mushroom on top. The risotto had a really good zesty lemon flavour and was really creamy with big chunks of tofu in there too. A very hearty dish which I had to bring half away in a takeaway box 😋
