For the rest of the banana flesh, I turned them into homemade nice cream🍨, with the help of coconut cream 🥥 and these frozen pitted cherries🍒, also some raw cocoa nibs in the mix to compliment the flavor🍫 Something for every #coconutlover, #chocoholic and #cherrylover.
Not going to post the recipe here since I’m confident that you can find at least dozens of them online🙂
If you’re having an acute [#]ruinedbycoconut moment, don’t give up. Coconut cream is completely optional😮💨. Also, nut butter and tahini are welcome🥜
