One of my fav’s from their veggie bites range. 40secs in the microwave (they get mushy) or just crisp up in the pan. I use in salads or wraps. Super tasty, healthy, vegan 👍🏼

Steamed sweet potato with onion, chives, oregano and basil, mixed with chickpeas and black pepper.
