I was looking forward to trying something vegan from IKEA and I've decided for the plant-based hot dog. I've read on the website it is made of lentils, onions, quinoa and wheat proteins. I had the whole seasoning with red cabbage, mustard and fried onions. Super tasty and plus it's also super cheap! (just 50 cents!)
