Soluble, unexpected preparation: not only barley and coffee, it also contains chicory, rye and cocoa. the whole is well balanced and tasty compared to barley alone. it is more delicate than coffee, I find it great to vary a little (being a coffee lover). Excellent value for money (€ 1.30) and the absence of sugar.
