10/10 for the soup and noodles! Vegan but uncompromising in taste, the soup was very creamy and tastes just like how I remember Tonkotsu to be. Noodles were springy and chewy.
The vegan pork slices, though, was very underwhelming. The ramen doesn’t need the vegan pork - perhaps it could be replaced with other stuff like seaweed or other veggies #ramen
A pity that this item is only seasonal!
