I have only tried this product a few times but so far so good. I wanted to lighten my hair without bleach, as I have had issues with bleach ruining my hair in the past.
You basically spray this vegan, cruelty free product on yoyr hair and brush it in then spend some time in the sun or use heat to dry and it will lighten your hair signifigantly. I was actually surprised by the initial results.
This product promises up to 2 shades lighter, which so far I believe.
This I do not love include the smell. It smells kind of weird and in my opinion, bad. I also am not sure of what the long term effects may be of using this on my hair.
I also used my fingers (though it does say use a brush to move through your hair) and my finger tips started burning and hurt for a while, so be sure to use a brush and not your hands.
I have curly hair so I hope it does not overdry my hair or kill my curls after more uses. So far I have used twice with no issues.
