The whipped buttercream actually worked quite well, really nice texture! I just wish each blob of the cream had been a tad bit smaller 😂 I love sweet things but I definitely don’t share with the British people the preference of the amount of sugar, and I wish there had been a bit less icing because the buttercream made it quite sweet.
