Actually a yummy dish overall. I’m such a sucker for soft pepper, went swimmingly with the sweet corn and (watercress?). When I tasted the dressing by itself I wasn’t very impressed but pouring it into the salad really tied the whole thing together. Good dish, but Woolworths should have more than two vegan dishes on their menu...
