Finally Shake Shack have a vegan option that isn’t just chips! This was nice. The burger patty is a collaboration with chef Neil Rankin who also makes Simplicity burgers which are amazing. This one isn’t quite as good as those but it’s tasty, and made with roasted mushrooms, onions ans bulgur wheat. I would have preferred the cheese to be melted, but it was Applewood so added a good smokiness. #abillionturns3
