Again another good product from Mark and Spencer’s! All you have to do is heat it up in the microwave for a minute and a half and half, add some brown at the side. This cup is good for three servings as stated, I used for two. It costs about 9 bucks so it’s not too bad for two servings. It soft and very flavourful, however some times I do find it slightly caramelised. I check the sugar content, it’s about 9g for the whole cup so that’s not tak bad as well. In terms of calorie intake it’s is 281 for the whole cup which is 301g. I’ll definitely repurchase this again for my pantry. #abillionturns3
