Ropa Vieja Plate en La Chaiteria — Reseña de alleycatz (28 may 2021)

Every dish that I’ve ordered here (or at one of their sister restaurants in town) has completely blown me away. Perfection! The ingredients are healthy and fresh and the fusion of flavors is always amazing. Mushrooms-Poblanos-Carnita Jackfruit-Cilantro Sauce-Vegan Crema. It is served with tortillas, rice, beans, pickled onions, guacamole and pico de gallo. They also have a salsa bar with house-made offerings. Tonight there was a bonus plantain! Yay! I can easily get 2-4 meals out of a dish. The Cilantro Sauce has a sweetness that might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I find myself with mad cravings for it-absolutely love it. They have a predominantly Vegan/Vegetarian menu with a few meat offerings at this location. They are really conscientious about that tho! Those dishes are prepared in an on-site food truck.
