Falafel Burger en The Garden Café — Reseña de Aimée Logue (27 may 2021)

I hate to admit this but... I’m not a big fan of falafels!!!!

However, this falafel burger was DIVINE. The falafel didn’t at all resemble the dry, crumbly, dense mass that I normally associate with falafel. It was fresh, spongey and herby (🤤🤤 ). To bring it all together, the burger was drizzled in a zingy tomato-mint sauce🥵😍
