This consisted of tender pulled jackfruit roasted in Texas BBQ sauce, crisp cole slaw slathered in house-made ranch, tangy and crunchy pickle slices, and panko crusted onion rings inside a soft, toasted bun. The meaty jackfruit was a delicious 🌱-based stand-in for the pulled pork derived from 🐷.
