Thunder tea brown rice en Hakka Thunder Tea Rice — Reseña de pomwei (19 may 2021)

Really one of the best Hakka thunder tea rice places I’ve ever tried. It’s extremely affordably priced at $4. While the ingredients are pretty standard, the brown rice had just the nice texture and moisture that complemented the green tea soup tremendously well!

Side note: Can request for less water for a more pasty version of the green tea soup if you’d like to! Warning: The queues on both afternoon weekdays and weekends are extremely long — up to 30-45 mins. Request for no salty fish (咸鱼) and anchovies (江鱼仔) for a vegan experience (全素)!
