Beyond Tofu (Shredded Type) de Sagamiya Food — Reseña de m13 (5 may 2021)

Shredded vegan cheese made from mainly soy milk, starch and yeast. It’s still hard to find vegan cheese in Japan, so I’m really happy with this products. I cooked bolognese spaghetti with soy meat and added this cheese on it. So delicious!
