Green Curry Fried Rice with Veges en Zenso — Reseña de bornvegetarian (4 may 2021)

I love the flavour! And I could be biased because this has been a favourite Thai food fix of mine since a few years. It's probably more yummy than the green curry + plain rice set I often have. It concentrates the flavour of all the warm spices, sweetness of the basil in a well salted, slightly charred base. The vegetables add good crunch and colour (there's a Tofu option too). I must say that they aren't always consistent with the flavour or consistency of the dishes as they're made on the spot. You get it served hot, though! Not the healthiest but a worthwhile indulgence! You can get an upsized portion too.
