The patty isn’t trying to imitate a piece of animal flesh (AMEN to that 🙏) nonetheless it tastes “meaty” / burger-ish enough that I’m sure pre-vegans would love it, too.
I really appreciated that the patty wasn’t mushy and didn’t fall apart. The toppings were fresh and generous and I loved the BBQ mayo! Super reasonably priced, too 👏
