Good mylk has started selling their cheddar cheese, so I had to order it from their website where they are calling it the beta version.
Had a very strong pungent smell and taste, we enjoyed it a lot when we used it to make our first vegan Mac & Cheese (swipe for the photo). In it’s cooked state you can see how this is a brilliant alternative to dairy. The cheese crumbles and so is difficult to grate into your food, but once you figure that part out this will be great to make your cheese sandwiches as well.
All in all a great product. If they are calling this the beta then I cannot wait for when they bring out the best version of their cheese.
